Meliá White House is seeking a part-time Guest Experience Agent to manage the hotel lobby and public areas, ensuring a warm, efficient welcome and smooth guest flow. You will assist with arrivals, partner with reception and support teams during busy periods to uphold our high service standards.

• Actively deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional image at all times.

• Greet and escort VIPs to rooms, assist in arrivals and departures.
• Support reception, luggage porters, business center and outlets during busy times.
• Answer inquiries, handle complaints and address guest needs promptly and accurately.
• Follow hotel procedures and emergency protocols when required.
