Job summary

Join the Meliá White House team as a Guest Experience Agent in London. You will manage first impressions in the lobby and central areas, ensuring courteous, efficient service and personalised guest experiences.

Working part-time (24 hours) with companionship from a strong guest-focused culture, you’ll assist VIP arrivals and collaborate with reception and staff to deliver exceptional service. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English; Spanish knowledge is a bonus.
• Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
• Strong customer service skills with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to greet, assist and escort guests, including VIPs.

Responsibilities

• Actively demonstrate excellence in customer service at all times.
• Personalize guest stays, anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
• Greet VIPs, escort to rooms and assist on arrival and departure.
• Assist reception, luggage porters, business centre during busy periods.
• Answer inquiries, handle complaints with speed and courtesy.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures and respond appropriately.
• Support the Guest Experience Manager to deliver service excellence.
