Job summary

LQ Resorts, Oswestry, United Kingdom, is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to create a warm, welcoming environment across breakfast, lunch and dinner service. You will deliver high levels of guest service, respond to requests and maintain hygiene standards while supporting the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests and handle requests/ complaints promptly.
• Prepare outlets for service and ensure readiness for the next shift.
• Take beverage orders, prepare and serve drinks with attention to detail.
• Assist with receiving and storage of goods and maintain cleanliness.
• Uphold high food safety and hygiene standards and assist cellar ops.
• Support with food and beverage function setups and glassware preparation.
• Ensure uniforms are clean and personal appearance is maintained.
