leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Assistant to join the team in the UK. You will deliver friendly service across outlets, take orders, and support restaurant, bar and breakfast operations.

You will help prepare service areas, handle guest queries, and ensure clean, welcoming spaces while upholding food safety standards. The role offers opportunities for development within a busy hotel environment and requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
• Passion for delivering guest experiences and friendly, professional service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service to guests across food & beverage outlets.
• Support restaurant, bar, breakfast and events operations where applicable.
• Take orders and serve guests accurately.
• Maintain clean, welcoming service areas and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Process payments and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with setup and delivery of meetings, events and functions where applicable.
