Job summary

Classic Lodges Limited in Harrogate is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage team member to welcome and serve guests in restaurant, bar or event spaces, delivering attentive service with a smiles.

You will take food and drink orders, prepare beverages, set up and clear tables, process payments using POS, and support colleagues during busy periods. Full training will be given, with generous staff discounts and development opportunities.

• Welcome and serve guests in restaurant, bar or event spaces
• Take food and drink orders and deliver them efficiently and accurately
• Prepare and serve beverages, including tea, coffee and bar drinks where required
• Set up and clear tables while maintaining presentation standards
• Ensure service areas are clean, organised and well stocked
• Provide attentive service and respond to guest requests
• Process payments accurately using POS systems
• Support colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods
• Additional activities may be required in line with business needs

We are looking for a passionate person to join our Food & Beverage team, we proudly serve our guests Breakfast, Lunch and dinner as well as Afternoon tea’s and events. Our team looks after all aspects of food and drink and its important to understand that we are here to delight our guests and go the extra mile if possible.
