Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to ensure guests enjoy a first-class dining experience. You’ll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments while keeping the dining area clean and well stocked.

You will support the wider team, working with Aimbridge’s standards and values, and adapt to varying shifts, including nights and weekends, to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service mindset and ability to engage with guests professionally.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working in a team and collaborating with colleagues.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep dining area clean and organized.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Ensure a positive, first-class dining experience for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocked dining area, restocking supplies as needed.
