Leonardo Hotel Middlesbrough is hiring a Front Office Manager to direct the Front Office department and oversee daily operations. You will lead a vibrant team, drive guest service excellence and act as an ambassador for the Leonardo brand during busy periods and beyond.

You'll shape a positive, engaging work environment, deliver on KPIs, and collaborate with other departments to ensure memorable guest experiences at our Middlesbrough hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Front Office or hotel team.
• Strong focus on guest service and operational standards.
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategic initiatives and objectives of the Front Office department.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and guest interactions to ensure extraordinary experiences.
• Lead, coach and develop the Front Office team; cover Duty Manager shifts when required.
• Act as ambassador for Leonardo Hotel Middlesbrough and uphold brand standards.
