Job summary

Itchyfeet Recruitment Agency is seeking a senior leader to head Fund Administration and Transfer Agency operations in Guernsey. The Administration Lead will provide strategic direction, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance for Guernsey-based funds.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Transfer Agency/Investor Services/fund administration.
• Experience managing service delivery across onshore-offshore or outsourced models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of fund industry regulations related to Transfer Agency (GFSC).
• Leadership experience at senior manager level with team development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for Fund Administration and Transfer Agency services in Guernsey.
• Own end-to-end Transfer Agent operations and ensure service levels and compliance.
• Act as the Business Unit Outsourcing Manager and establish governance for delegated processes.
• Ensure compliance with GFSC regulations and local regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop the Guernsey Fund Administration/Transfer Agency team.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver an integrated service model.
• Monitor operational metrics and drive improvements for resilience and scalability.
