Job summary

Itchyfeet Recruitment Agency is recruiting on behalf of a private wealth and corporate services provider for a Senior Registry Operations Lead focused on the Guernsey Registry. You will manage updates for client and in-house entities, ensure data accuracy, and drive regulatory compliance.

You will lead a small team, develop staff, and push for efficiencies through automation and cross-department collaboration, while maintaining risk controls and timely filings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant role.
• Relevant professional qualification (CGI or STEP).
• Experience in the Trust and Company industry.
• Experience making submissions via the Guernsey Registry.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building across the business.
• Experience in Private Wealth/Corporate Services across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the companies’ registry, ensuring updates within required timelines.
• Engage with Registry visits; act as contact for registry matters.
• Inform client-facing teams of registry obligations and provide timely updates.
• Maintain core data in Acumen, aligning with Guernsey regulations.
• Support banking relationships and maintain Data Protection Register.
• Promote professionalism, teamwork, and leadership across the organization.
• Commit to personal development by attending relevant seminars and workshops.
