Job summary

Itchyfeet Recruitment Agency is working with a client in Guernsey to recruit a full-time Client Relationship Manager. You will manage day-to-day client relationships and deliver a high level of professional service across a portfolio of fund and corporate structures.

You will attend board meetings, draft agendas/minutes, liaise with third parties, and support governance with accurate documentation. Strong English, organisational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Fund Administration, Company Administration, or Company Secretarial role.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• Well-organised with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships and activities within a portfolio of clients.
• Deliver a high level of professional service to diverse client relationships.
• Prepare for and attend board meetings, drafting agendas and minutes.
• Assist company boards in ensuring good governance practices.
• Liaise with professional third-party firms as necessary.
• Process documentation related to investment transactions.
• Facilitate communication among parties during transactions or corporate actions.
• Assist with capital calls and distributions.
• Adhere to operating procedures and internal policies.
• Collaborate effectively as a team member in a transparent environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
