Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a lead for Fund Administration/Transfer Agency in Guernsey. The role reports to the Head of PCA Guernsey and oversees end-to-endTA operations, governance, and client service across onshore and offshore locations.

Responsibilities include strategic direction, risk management, and collaboration with related teams to ensure robust investor services and regulatory adherence within a private capital framework.

Qualifications

• Extensive Fund Administration/TA expertise in private capital or similar.
• Experience managing TA operations across onshore/offshore or outsourced models.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for Fund Administration/Transfer Agency services in Guernsey.
• Own end-to-end TA operations for Guernsey funds, ensuring service levels and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee outsourcing governance, SLAs, KPI reviews, and issue resolution across locations.
