Job summary

JPMorgan in Guernsey is seeking a Vice President Fund Administration Oversight Manager to lead end‑to‑end oversight of outsourced fund administration for Guernsey‑domiciled funds, acting as Designated Administrator and Director on the board.

You will ensure GFSC compliance and coordinate fund launches while partnering with clients, counsel, boards, and internal teams to maintain a robust oversight program across Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Investor AML, and Company Secretarial.

Qualifications

• Be suitably qualified and/or experienced to meet Prescribed Person requirements.
• Demonstrate fund administration experience with regulatory knowledge of Guernsey funds.
• Operate as a team player while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate and present complex regulatory and operational topics clearly and effectively.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end oversight of outsourced fund administration services for Guernsey‑domiciled funds.
• Act as Director on the board of the JPMorgan administration entity, with day-to-day responsibility for regulated activities; represent the entity at Board, Outsourcing, and Risk & Control forums.
• Support Securities Services clients across Guernsey‑domiciled open‑ and closed‑ended investment structures, delivering strong governance.
• Lead new fund launches and onboarding with counsel and boards to meet regulatory authorisation and fund establishment requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Onboarding, and AML teams on fund structures, service scope, and KYC/AML requirements at onboarding and ongoing.
• Own and maintain Oversight Monitoring Program for outsourced services per GFSC Outsourcing requirements.
• Oversee client and investor KYC/AML at onboarding and ongoing, ensuring compliance with the Guernsey AML Handbook.
• Conduct monthly oversight calls with outsource partners and perform on-site due diligence reviews.
• Manage client relationships via regular service calls, meetings, and board attendance.
• Provide local support to the Company Secretarial team for governance and filings.
• Contribute to wider regional Fund Services initiatives and continuous improvement.
