Job summary

National Westminster Bank Plc seeks a Head of Offshore Funds Coverage to lead two jurisdiction teams (Jersey and Guernsey) and translate the Funds & Sponsors strategy into priorities delivering strong commercial performance and positive customer outcomes. You’ll shape business priorities with market insight and senior leadership, collaborating across Coverage, Risk, Product, Credit and Operations.

Credibility to represent the bank externally and develop senior relationships.

Lead and develop two- jurisdiction teams across Jersey and Guernsey.
Drive sustainable growth through disciplined origination and portfolio management.
Build influential networks with fund sponsors, intermediaries and professional firms.
Represent RBSI at industry forums to enhance profile.
Bring market, regulatory and customer insight into business planning and investment decisions.
Strengthen future leadership capability and succession within Offshore Funds Coverage.
