You’ll work with regional and global recruiting, People, and leadership to attract top GTM talent and deliver exceptional outcomes across markets. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, candidate experience, and process improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of hiring for GTM functions (Sales, Technical Solutions, RevOps, Partnerships, User Ops).
• Strong talent judgment and ability to raise the bar.
• Strategic partner to senior stakeholders in ambiguous environments.

• Own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles from scope to close.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies across competitive markets.
• Advise hiring managers and drive alignment to maintain a high hiring bar.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with company values.
