Hypergen seeks a GTM Strategy & Copy Lead to own messaging, positioning, and outbound campaigns. This role focuses on defining audiences, crafting compelling angles, and writing high-performing cold emails while continuously improving campaigns based on results.

You will work with our GTM team and clients to build outbound systems that generate real pipeline. You’ll also guide the team in creating scalable messaging processes, review copy quality, and implement AI-powered workflows to speed

Qualificações

• Experience as GTM Strategist or Campaign Manager at an outbound agency.
• Hands-on experience writing cold email campaigns.
• Understanding of B2B messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows.
• Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working with US-based clients across industries.

Responsabilidades

• Own messaging strategy across client campaigns.
• Build and optimize cold email sequences.
• Define targeting, positioning, and campaign angles.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineers on campaign strategy.
• Review and improve copy quality across the team.
• Build AI workflows to speed and scale messaging.
• Test and improve campaigns based on performance data.
• Join client conversations around messaging and strategy.
