Job Description:

Due to a steady increase in business and a solid 3-5 year plan for growth, we are looking to add to our team in London with an experienced permanent GTM Recruitment Consultant to focus on specialist vertical markets.

As a consultant, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients and candidates in SaaS, AI, Data, and Cloud markets. You will develop new business and maintain existing relationships, building your individual market, managing your candidates and clients, identifying needs, controlling advertising, screening CVs, setting up interviews, gathering feedback, and making placements. A thorough understanding of proactive resourcing, including headhunting, and market knowledge in niche areas is essential.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business from client companies;
  • Building relationships with clients;
  • Understanding client companies, their industry, work culture, and environment;
  • Headhunting suitable candidates;
  • Searching candidate databases to find suitable matches;
  • Advertising vacancies on industry job boards and social networking sites;
  • Managing applications, interviews, and shortlisting candidates;
  • Checking references and candidate suitability;
  • Briefing candidates on job responsibilities, salary, and benefits;
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence for clients;
  • Organizing interviews for candidates;
  • Informing candidates about interview results;
  • Negotiating pay and finalizing arrangements;
  • Advising clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression;
  • Reviewing recruitment policies for effectiveness.
