As a Perm Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment strategy, fostering client relationships, and identifying high-calibre candidates within the Insurance industry. This senior position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in 360 permanent recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex hiring landscapes.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Insurance sector, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Candidate Acquisition: Source, attract, and engage high-calibre candidates for permanent roles within the Insurance industry.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
