Dynamic Search Solutions in London is seeking a Senior GTM Operations lead to own the commercial operations engine between sales leadership and front-line sales. You will establish forecasting cadence, governance, bid and pricing processes and build a scalable inside sales and support team.

The role requires 5+ years in sales operations within IT services, a strong understanding of UK public sector buying, and experience running bid functions.
