Job summary

Grant Thornton is recruiting a GTM Manager - Financial Services within the GTM - Strategic Growth team. You will shape and deliver the GTM plan for Financial Services, turning strategy into day-to-day actions and building cross-functional campaigns with Commercial Growth Services.

You will maintain Dynamics data accuracy, collaborate across the matrix, and leverage Claude AI and GT Augment to sharpen campaign activity, pipeline management and reporting. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in business development, marketing or a commercial function.
• Experience using CRM or Dynamics data to keep pipeline accurate.
• Ability to turn strategy into day-to-day actions and plans.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the GTM plan for Financial Services, turning strategy into actions.
• Build strong working relationships with Commercial Growth Services colleagues.
• Shape and deliver local campaign activity for Financial Services.
• Maintain accurate, timely Dynamics data, flag data quality issues.
• Adopt AI tools such as Claude and GT Augment to sharpen campaigns and reporting.
