Qualifications

• Commercial experience in business development, marketing or a commercial function within professional services, financial services or similar environments.
• Experience using CRM or Dynamics data to keep the pipeline accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the GTM plan for Financial Services, turning strategy into day-to-day actions.
• Build strong working relationships with Commercial Growth Services specialists (Campaigns, Events, Business Development, Pricing).
• Shape and deliver local campaign activity for Financial Services with Commercial Growth Services.
• Maintain accurate, timely Dynamics data for Financial Services and flag data quality issues to leadership.
• Adopt AI tools such as Claude and GT Augment to sharpen campaign activity, pipeline management and reporting.
