Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking a GTM Manager – Financial Services within the GTM – Strategic Growth team in the UK. The role focuses on turning strategy into actionable plans and coordinating with Campaigns, Events, Business Development and Pricing to resource Financial Services activities.

You will maintain Dynamics data, drive local campaigns and use AI tools to sharpen pipeline and reporting. The position supports flexible working and seeks a candidate with commercial experience across

• Shape and deliver the GTM plan for Financial Services, turning strategy into day-to-day actions.
• Build strong working relationships with Commercial Growth Services specialists (Campaigns, Events, Business Development, Pricing).
• Shape and deliver local campaign activity for Financial Services with Commercial Growth Services.
• Maintain accurate, timely Dynamics data for Financial Services and flag data quality issues to leadership.
• Adopt AI tools such as Claude and GT Augment to sharpen campaign activity, pipeline management and reporting.

We connect segment strategy, local campaigns and CRM discipline, so our client-facing teams have the tools, insight and support they need to grow the business.

A look into the role

As a GTM Manager – Financial Services within our GTM – Strategic Growth team, you will:

• Shape and deliver the GTM plan for Financial Services, turning agreed strategy into clear, day to day actions
• Build strong working relationships with Commercial Growth Services specialists, including Campaigns, Events, Business Development and Pricing, to keep Financial Services activity resourced and on track
• Shape and deliver local campaign activity for Financial Services, building and activating campaigns with Commercial Growth Services
• Maintain accurate, timely Dynamics data for Financial Services, flagging data quality issues to leadership
• Adopt AI tools such as Claude and GT Augment day to day, using them to sharpen campaign activity, pipeline management and reporting

Knowing you’re right for us

Joining us as a GTM Manager – Financial Services, the minimum criteria you'll need is commercial experience gained in business development, marketing or a commercial function, ideally within professional services, financial services or a comparable environment, with a track record of delivering agreed plans reliably and experience using CRM or Dynamics data to keep pipeline accurate. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don't worry if you don't tick every box, we'll help you develop along the way.

• Comfortable working with partners and directors across a matrixed organisation, executing agreed strategy reliably
• Clear communicator, able to simplify complex ideas and land messaging with different audiences
• Strong commercial curiosity, spotting where pipeline opportunities sit and using data to inform decisions
• Previous experience of, or exposure to, financial services sector and advisory markets
