Job summary

Grant Thornton UK is seeking a GTM Manager - TMT & Emerging Sectors to shape and deliver the go-to-market plan, translating strategy into day-to-day actions and driving pipeline growth within our Strategic Growth team.

You will partner with Campaigns, Events, Business Development and Pricing, maintain Dynamics data, and use AI tools to sharpen activity. Flexible working options and reduced hours are supported to maintain work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in business development, marketing or a commercial function, ideally within professional services, financial services or a comparable environment, with a track record of delivering agreed plans reliably and experience using CRM or Dynamics data to keep pipeline accurate.
• Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.
• Strong commercial curiosity, identifying pipeline opportunities and using data to inform decisions.
• Experience of or exposure to advisory markets.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the GTM plan for TMT & Emerging Sectors, turning strategy into day-to-day actions.
• Build strong working relationships with Commercial Growth Services specialists to keep activity resourced and on track.
• Shape and deliver local campaign activity for TMT & Emerging Sectors, activating campaigns with Commercial Growth Services.
• Maintain accurate, timely Dynamics data for TMT & Emerging Sectors, flagging data quality issues to leadership.
• Adopt AI tools such as Claude and GT Augment to sharpen campaign activity, pipeline management and reporting.
