Job summary

Grant Thornton UK is seeking a GTM Manager – Financial Services within the GTM – Strategic Growth team in London. You will shape and deliver the GTM plan for Financial Services, turning strategy into day-to-day actions and building strong working relationships with Campaigns, Events, Business Development and Pricing to keep activity resourced and on track.

You will maintain accurate Dynamics data, flag data quality issues to leadership, and adopt AI tools to sharpen campaign activity, pipeline

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services sector or advisory markets.
• Experience in business development, marketing or a commercial function.
• Ability to use CRM/Dynamics data to keep pipeline accurate.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the GTM plan for Financial Services, turning strategy into day-to-day actions.
• Build strong relationships with Commercial Growth Services specialists (Campaigns, Events, Business Development and Pricing).
• Shape and deliver local campaign activity for Financial Services and activate campaigns.
• Maintain accurate, timely Dynamics data and flag data quality issues to leadership.

• As a GTM Manager – Financial Services within our GTM – Strategic Growth team, you will:
• Shape and deliver the GTM plan for Financial Services, turning agreed strategy into clear, day to day actions
• Build strong working relationships with Commercial Growth Services specialists, including Campaigns, Events, Business Development and Pricing, to keep Financial Services activity resourced and on track
• Shape and deliver local campaign activity for Financial Services, building and activating campaigns with Commercial Growth Services
• Maintain accurate, timely Dynamics data for Financial Services, flagging data quality issues to leadership
• Adopt AI tools such as Claude and GT Augment day to day, using them to sharpen campaign activity, pipeline management and reporting

Previous experience of, or exposure to, financial services sector and advisory markets

Commercial experience gained in business development, marketing or a commercial function, ideally within professional services, financial services or a comparable environment, with a track record of delivering agreed plans reliably and experience using CRM or Dynamics data to keep pipeline accurate

Comfortable working with partners and directors across a matrixed organisation, executing agreed strategy reliably
