IFS is a global leader in AI-driven enterprise software, seeking a GTM Lead for IFS.ai Operational Intelligence. You will own the commercial success of the product worldwide, linking customer needs with product innovation and field execution to drive sustainable growth.

This builder role requires coordinating across Product, Sales, Presales and Enablement, shaping sales plays, pricing guidance, and go-to-market approaches while delivering measurable revenue and pipeline results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in enterprise software, SaaS, industrial technology or related roles.
• Proven track record of owning or driving revenue growth and pipeline performance.
• Experience building go-to-market motions for growth products and new business areas.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying environments.
• Experience cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Presales and Customer Success.
• Ability to engage credibly with executive, operational and technology stakeholders.
• Desirable experience in Industrial AI, Operational Intelligence, EAM, APM or IIoT.

Responsibilities

• Own global revenue target for the Operational Intelligence product.
• Own end-to-end pipeline including generation, quality, coverage, velocity and conversion.
• Drive disciplined forecasting and inspection cadence with regional leadership.
• Define and evolve land-and-expand motions for long-term customer value.
• Design, launch and optimise sales plays aligned to customer challenges.
• Partner with Product, Presales and Field CTO to align roadmap with revenue needs.
• Coordinate Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement and Partners around GTM strategy.
• Report progress and recommendations to senior leadership.
