Job summary

Ramp in London is hiring its first dedicated Recruiter for GTM Expansion. You will own UK full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships and Customer Success, building markets and candidate networks to support Ramp's growth.

You will partner with local and US leaders, using market knowledge and data to shape profiles, outreach, and compensation strategy, while delivering a strong candidate experience and credible process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM or Sales recruiting experience in a high-growth tech company.
• Strong knowledge of the UK tech talent market and a credible local network or ability to build one quickly.
• Proven track record of finding and closing exceptional people, not just running inherited processes.
• Excellent sourcing and research instincts; able to explain why someone is genuinely differentiated.
• Experience hiring across GTM functions such as AEs, Sales Leadership, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, Customer Success or RevOps.
• Strong candidate-closing judgment; can build conviction against serious alternatives.
• Confident in influencing senior leaders and improving searches without friction.
• High ownership: proactive progress with candidates and follow-through, not waiting for briefs.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for priority UK GTM Expansion roles across Sales, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships and Customer Success.
• Build a sharp point of view on the UK market, identifying talent pools and communities.
• Use data and AI to identify and qualify exceptional candidates with a market POV.
• Run thoughtful, personalised outreach grounded in candidate background and business context.
• Partner with GTM leaders to define profiles, process and compensation strategy; surface market truth early.
• Own the candidate experience from first conversation through offer close with clear updates.
• Build Ramp presence in London through relationships and targeted community activity.
• Collaborate with the wider GTM Recruiting team on calibration, sourcing support and cadence.
• Capture learnings to improve UK recruitment as Ramp expands into new markets.
