Job summary

Cypress Talent is seeking a driven recruiter to own and build a dedicated GTM market in London from the ground up. You will work closely with one of the co-founders and develop a network of top talent and client relationships, starting from a clean slate.

You will spend a large portion of your week on outreach—prospecting, calling clients and candidates, and building opportunities. You’ll need to be available to work 2–3 days weekly in Oxford as the core hub.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of agency recruitment experience.
• Experience building a desk and managing a GTM space.
• A fast learner who can absorb feedback quickly.
• Strong drive and ability to talk to people, prospect, network, and create opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and build a specific GTM market in London from the ground up, in collaboration with the Co-Founders.
• Spend a significant portion of time on the phone prospecting, networking, speaking to candidates, and engaging clients.
• Coordinate with Oxford-based leadership; be available to work in Oxford 2–3 days a week.
