Gravitas in London is expanding its Go-to-Market recruitment practice, empowering you to own and shape a growing function. You will build partnerships with senior leaders, identify opportunities in Software Engineering accounts, and recruit across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

You’ll join an established brand, with autonomy to develop your market while receiving support from experienced technology recruiters to build a lasting GTM specialism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience.
• Experience in Technology, Commercial, Sales, Marketing, or related markets.
• Ability to build client and candidate relationships.
• Proactive approach to business development and account growth.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow Gravitas’ Go-to-Market recruitment offering across technology.
• Build partnerships with decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, CROs, VP Sales).
• Identify opportunities within software engineering accounts and develop relationships.
• Recruit across Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Revenue Ops, Marketing.
• Develop a reputation as a trusted market specialist and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to maximize opportunities.
