Hawkwood is expanding its London-based presence and seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to own hiring across the commercial organisation. You will define and map talent needs, build strong pipelines, and partner with GTM leaders to shape the team from ground up.

You will bring 5+ years of GTM recruiting experience in high-growth tech, with a proven ability to hire Account Executives across enterprise, strategic and mid-market segments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience within high-growth technology companies.
• Proven track record hiring GTM talent, including Account Executives (enterprise, strategic, mid-market).
• Strong sourcing and market-mapping capabilities to identify passive candidates.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and credibility with senior GTM leaders.
• Commercial judgement to shape hiring profiles, not just execute briefs.
• Ability to work at startup pace amid ambiguity while scaling teams.
• Interest in AI and technology to credibly engage top talent.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment across the growing GTM organisation, focusing on Sales roles in London and Europe.
• Partner with GTM leadership to define hiring priorities and build strong pipelines.
• Identify, engage and assess exceptional GTM talent with a high-quality candidate experience.
• Manage hiring processes with pace and precision, keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Use data and market insight to track pipeline health and advise on strategy adjustments.
• Help shape scalable recruitment processes and infrastructure as the company scales in the region.
• Establish the GTM function in a new region, collaborating with new leaders to build teams.
