Job summary

Thirdfort is seeking a GTM Engineer to own the commercial tech stack and build the automation that powers our go-to-market machine. You’ll sit in TechOps, partnering with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to automate workflows and AI agents around Salesforce, HubSpot and Zendesk.

You’ll own the stack end-to-end and drive data hygiene, integrations, and AI-enabled efficiency across the commercial functions, shaping our AI agenda for scale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-growth SaaS environment focusing on GTM or Revenue Operations.
• Proven automations, integrations, agents, and internal tools others rely on.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration with config, flows and security.
• Experience stitching tools via APIs, webhooks, no-code platforms and AI workflows.
• Fluent with AI tools and integrating them into operational processes.
• Systems thinking with focus on data capture and process redesign.
• Self-starter who owns outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Clear communicator across technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship workflow automations and AI agents across the commercial funnel.
• Own Salesforce and the commercial tech stack including config and permissions.
• Treat data as a product with hygiene, deduplication and audit standards.
• Run the BAU engine: triage and fix the day-to-day support for the stack.
• Deliver tooling projects to scope and timeline with leadership input.
• Build connective tissue between Marketing, Sales and CS for seamless handoffs.
• Shape Thirdfort’s AI agenda and champion AI across commercial teams.
