Job summary

Thirdfort is seeking a GTM Engineer to build the machine that powers our go-to-market strategy. You’ll sit in the TechOps team with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, owning the commercial tech stack centered on Salesforce, with HubSpot and Zendesk in conversation and expanding with AI-driven automations.

We value hands-on builders who ship automations, integrations, and internal tools to improve how commercial teams work.

Qualifications

Experience in GTM, RevOps or a related technical role in SaaS.
Demonstrable automation, integrations, or internal tool builds.
Hands-on Salesforce admin with config, flows, and health in mind.
Ability to stitch tools together via APIs, webhooks, or no-code platforms.
Familiarity with AI tools and embedding AI in workflows.
Systems thinker focused on data capture and process redesign.

Responsibilities

Design and ship workflow automations and AI agents across the commercial funnel.
Own Salesforce and the wider commercial tech stack and keep it coherent.
Treat commercial data as a product with hygiene and audit processes.
Run BAU for the commercial stack, triage and fix issues.
Deliver tooling projects within defined scope and timelines.
Create smooth handoffs between Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
Shape the AI agenda and bring GTM lessons into TechOps.
