Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role/industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support field technicians by troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Answer technical inquiries from outside sales offices.
• Perform root cause analysis and maintain statistical data for investigations.
• Write technical service bulletins for field implementation.
• Monitor product demerit claims and liaise with project engineers.
• Develop and monitor test procedures consistent with design criteria.
• Provide technical feedback from sales to project engineers.
• Assist in writing and maintaining product manuals and datasheets.
• Coordinate technical training for service technicians.
• Occasional travel to assist with field issues.
