Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a product/program leader in Manchester to drive strategic initiatives. You will translate growth opportunities into actionable programs, lead governance, and collaborate across multiple teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will balance commercial and product perspectives, sponsor workshops, and translate insights into actionable improvements for stakeholders and clients, while using PMI-standard frameworks to manage complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product or program management across multiple teams and time zones.
• Proven ability to translate between commercial and product perspectives.
• Detail-oriented with a bias for action and innovative thinking.
• Excellent storytelling and collaboration to drive cross-company work.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workshop sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Translate HGI opportunities into commercial outcomes with data-driven insights.
• Develop clear success metrics to deliver key commercial objectives.
• Lead steering committees and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
• Apply PMI standards to structure complex global programs and governance.
• Collaborate with project and product managers to align cross-functional goals.
• Translate market feedback into program-level opportunities.
• Share insights to demonstrate value to clients and stakeholders.
