Job summary

Gigs is seeking a Growth Ops leader to own the operating framework of the Growth team. You will drive planning cycles, cross-functional coordination, and knowledge transfer across regions.

You will lead data and reporting infrastructure and push an AI-enabled tooling stack to accelerate outputs. This role requires strategic thinking, ownership, and the ability to operate in complex, multi-market environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a demanding operational environment (biz ops, strategy & ops, growth ops).
• Experience handling ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
• Proven ability to translate data findings into business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence of Growth with planning cycles and cross-functional coordination.
• Build playbooks, runbooks, and documentation to scale knowledge across regions.
• Own data and reporting infrastructure to measure Growth impact.
• Lead the AI and tooling stack to maximize output.
• Drive strategic Growth projects from framing to shipping results.
• Keep the Growth function moving across multi-market initiatives.
