Compare the Market is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Product Operations on a 12‑month Fixed-Term Contract in London. You will design and evolve the Product Operating Model, enabling faster decision‑making through advanced insights, processes and communication across product teams.

You’ll shape operational standards for the full product lifecycle, from discovery to planning, and implement AI‑enabled workflows to reduce overhead and accelerate insight generation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Product Operations or Product Management within a scaled digital organisation.
• Strong ability to design and implement product operating models, improve processes and tooling.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders and driving organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the Product Operating Model, including frameworks, systems, tooling, and AI‑enabled workflows
• Enable product teams to move faster and make better decisions through improved insight, processes, and communication
• Define and maintain operational standards across the product lifecycle, including discovery, experimentation, and planning
• Implement AI‑enabled workflows and automation to reduce overhead and accelerate insight generation
• Establish knowledge management practices and a single source of truth for product strategy, outcomes, and insights
• Evaluate and manage product tooling ecosystems to support scalable and effective product workflows
• Drive adoption of modern product practices and AI‑enabled ways of working across teams
• Partner cross-functionally to improve execution and ensure teams have the capabilities needed to deliver value
