Howden is offering an Internal Growth Execution Apprenticeship Programme in London starting September 2027. You will join a permanent role from day one while completing an 18-month development programme designed to grow your technical knowledge, commercial awareness and confidence.

Qualifications

• No insurance experience required; full training provided.
• Must have right to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for 3+ years.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or higher.
• No overlapping qualification with this apprenticeship.

Responsabilités

• Attend structured induction and join the Internal Growth team.
• Learn to track activity and progress using data.
• Support marketing campaigns and prepare engaging communications.
• Assist in preparing clear presentations for meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Take accurate notes in key meetings and follow up on actions.
• Build knowledge of Howden across the business through hands-on learning.
