Howden in London is offering an Internal Growth Execution Apprenticeship Programme starting September 2027. You’ll join a permanent role from day one while completing an 18-month development programme, working in the office 2–3 days per week and living within a commutable distance.

No prior insurance experience is required; you’ll learn on the job, gain a recognised qualification, and contribute across the Retail business while building data, presentation and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
• Must have the full and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
• Live within a commutable distance to London for hybrid work.

Responsabilités

• Learn how to use data to track activity and progress for the team.
• Support campaigns that identify opportunities for existing clients.
• Work with marketing to create engaging communications and presentations.
• Take notes in key meetings and help follow up on actions.
• Build insurance knowledge through learning and practical experience.
