Premier Inn, Whitbread’s UK hotel brand, is seeking a strategic, commercially minded analyst to shape where we invest next. This high-impact role develops the UK Location Strategy and Network Plan, turning market and performance data into investment-ready recommendations.

You'll work with Property, Finance, Strategy and Insight teams, modernising location planning with automation and AI-enabled analytics to improve forecasts and long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end Strategic Growth Plan with cross-functional input.
• Maintain strategic datasets across sources with governance.
• Strong modelling and forecasting capabilities (Excel/Python).

Responsibilities

• Lead UK Location Strategy and Network Plan updates.
• Produce quarterly market outlooks and maintain datasets.
• Drive automated, AI-enabled modelling and forecasting.
• Influence senior stakeholders to maximise value.
