Job summary

Redis is seeking an SDR to join our Field Outbound team in a fast‑moving SaaS environment. You will prospect predefined named accounts, follow up inbound leads, and build a high‑quality pipeline of SQLs to support revenue growth.

You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales, Marketing, Enablement and Alliances to craft compelling outreach and accelerate deals while learning and growing in a dynamic startup culture.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and native French.
• Proven social selling experience in SaaS or tech.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
• Ability to craft compelling messages and tell stories to engage prospects.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Research predefined named accounts and identify ICPs.
• Develop, nurture and close leads through the sales process.
• Maintain Salesforce/Outreach databases and track progress.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Enablement and Alliances teams.
• Establish champions and advocates via phone, video and email.
• Generate SQLs and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
