Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Ability to work alongside the Head Chef to run the kitchen and drive the food culture.

• Drive food culture, quality, and guest engagement through consistent service.
