Job summary

The Leather Bottle, part of Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd, is seeking a Sous Chef to fast-track your career and grow with us. You’ll be responsible for running the kitchen alongside the Head Chef and helping drive the menu with new dishes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
