Pertemps Black Country Perms is seeking an Internal Account Manager to own an established customer portfolio from our Tipton office. You will strengthen relationships, re-engage accounts and identify new opportunities to increase sales.

This proactive role rewards commercial thinking, with outbound calls, CRM management and a focus on growing account value while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B internal sales or account management.
• Ability to develop existing accounts and identify new sales opportunities.
• Comfortable making proactive outbound calls and building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to increase sales and account value.
• Make proactive outbound account management calls.
• Research existing customer groups to identify new branches, locations and opportunities to develop.
• Re-engage dormant and down-trading accounts to recover and grow business.
• Manage customer enquiries, quotations and follow-ups from initial contact through to completion.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, while maintaining accurate CRM records.
