Job summary

Benugo is recruiting to lead growth, sales and people management across a Cardiff location. You will develop strategies, oversee recruitment, training and food quality, and have a visible presence on the floor with John Lewis.

You will drive commercial performance, analyse sales, organise promotions, monitor customer feedback and maintain health and safety and ESG standards in line with company policy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading growth strategies and sales initiatives.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop teams for peak performance.
• Proven track record in maintaining high service and food safety standards.
