John Lewis Benugo Core is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the location, guide the team, and uphold exceptional standards of product and service. You will build strong client relationships and ensure outstanding customer experiences across front and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational function of the location, providing direction and structure to the team to ensure high standards of product and service.
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular meetings, problem solving and forward planning with the client.
• Ensure customer experience is consistently excellent from front to back of house.
• Drive improvements in sales and service while monitoring performance.
• Manage financials including forecasting, cost control and forward planning; support and coach the team through evaluations and mentoring.
• Maintain high standards of Food and Health & Safety across the site.
