Job summary
Lantern is seeking a GTM Solutions Engineer embedded in Growth Marketing to own the full Growth Marketing tech stack, architect integrations, deploy AI-powered automation, and drive measurable improvements. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, partner with leadership, and deliver end-to-end lead management and analytics.
You will collaborate with Salesforce admins, leverage HubSpot, Outreach, Nooks, ZoomInfo, Clay, and Salesforce, and shape the future of Lantern’s
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years owning or deeply administering a B2B growth marketing tech stack (CRM, sales engagement, data enrichment, & marketing automation).
- Hands-on production experience with Clay and Nooks is highly desirable.
- Experience building and instrumenting end-to-end lead tracking and conversion analytics.

- Architect integrations, deploy AI-powered automation, and ensure scalability and measurability of marketing tech.
