Job summary

Light is on a mission to replace legacy ERPs with a modern, AI-native financial platform. We are building an ambitious growth engine and are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale new channels from zero to live pipeline while aligning with sales, product and design.

Qualifications

• Experience taking a channel from zero to pipeline in a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on across referrals, review sites, Meta Ads, influencer marketing or SEO/GEO.
• Ability to measure experiments against pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build a referral programme turning happy customers, partners and finance leaders into pipeline.
• Run G2 and Capterra campaigns to surface Light to buyers at decision time.
• Launch and scale Meta Ads for B2B, optimize creative and audiences.
• Identify creators/influencers finance teams follow and scale campaigns.
• Grow presence across search/AI answer engines when finance leaders search for ERP alternatives.
• Set up measurement for each channel with RevOps to track ROI.
• Share learnings and double down on what works while cutting what doesn't.
