We’re seeking a highly organised individual to join our Marketing team to help us build our digital presence and achieve our growth ambition.
As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of a lead generation plan for our Individual and SMEs direct customers. You’ll look at the performance and growth of our digital platforms while managing content creation and budget controls.

You'll work up to 40% of your week away from home, either at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients, or attending industry events. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
