Job summary

Resident Advisor is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own RA's B2C growth engine across web, mobile and app platforms. You will set the growth roadmap, lead an ongoing experimentation programme and build scalable systems that compound results.

Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will drive acquisition, activation, conversion and retention while leading the Marketing Executive. You will collaborate with Product, Design and Data to align growth with company priorities.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of growth or digital marketing experience in a consumer business.
• Hands-on experience with paid social/search, CRM/lifecycle, SEO, app push and conversion-rate optimisation.
• Strong analytical ability: can size funnels, compare opportunities and defend decisions with data.
• Proficiency with analytics/tools like Mixpanel, Iterable and GA4.

Responsibilities

• Own the B2C growth strategy across RA’s channels and initiatives with the highest ROI.
• Design and run a continuous experimentation programme and document learnings.
• Manage acquisition, onboarding and first ticket purchase through paid media, SEO and organic channels.
• Lead the Marketing Executive and collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Editorial and Revenue.
