Job summary

EverAI is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM as a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, retention and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions, reporting to the Co-founder and CMO. Drive measurable growth at scale in a fully remote setup.

You will collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering and Creative, using experiments to prove what works and expand opportunities across the user journey.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CRM-led growth in consumer products.
• Proven impact on revenue through onboarding, retention and reactivation.
• Ability to design segments, journeys and experiments with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end CRM lifecycle from onboarding to reactivation.
• Identify growth opportunities through behavioral data and user insights.
• Create onboarding, recovery, and retention journeys to drive revenue.
• Improve segmentation, timing, and personalization to boost LTV.
• Run rapid experiments and scale successful campaigns across channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering and Creative to optimize tools and reporting.
