Job summary

Fanvue in London is seeking a systems-level Growth Lead to own the full end-to-end growth loop—from acquisition to retention and monetisation—across marketing and product surfaces. You will build the Growth org with P&L responsibility reporting to the COO.

In the first year, you’ll expand US market presence and drive GMV toward the $250M run-rate while establishing cross‑functional processes, dashboards, and scalable experimentation to power rapid, data-driven growth.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end growth experience across acquisition and in-product growth.
• Strong analytical depth and ability to own attribution and P&L.
• Experience leading cross-functional growth teams (PM, Engineering, Data).

Responsibilities

• Own paid and organic acquisition end-to-end across creator and fan sides.
• Build and manage a full channel portfolio and attribution model.
• Lead growth P&L and US market expansion.
• Drive ARPU optimization and referral systems.
• Design scalable growth systems, dashboards, and testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to establish operating model.
