Job summary

Leaders in Care seeks a Head of Commercial Growth to take a care technology platform to market across health and social care. You will lead commercial strategy, build early customer relationships, and form partnerships to position the platform as an operational intelligence and governance solution.

You will work remotely with regular travel across the Midlands and nationally, shaping the commercial direction and driving revenue growth with senior leadership and product teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in driving revenue and building commercial pipelines.
• Experience in healthcare, social care, tech, SaaS or regulated sectors.
• Confident presenting to senior decision-makers, including boards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers go-to-market strategy across health and social care.
• Generates new business opportunities and builds relationships with providers, commissioners, NHS partners and senior stakeholders.
• Converts early adopter customers into long-term commercial relationships and manages a scalable sales process.
